At 901 F Street NW, the Gallup Building brings together the historic Old Masonic Temple and modern office space within a single, character-driven asset. I led the development of a refined brand identity grounded in historical research and site visits, positioning the property as a distinctive multi-tenant opportunity in downtown Washington, D.C. Each touchpoint was intentionally designed to elevate the building’s legacy while generating renewed interest among prospective tenants.
